Courses Eligible

• Graduate courses in the faculty of engineering, technology, architecture, medicine, dental science, agricultural science, veterinary science of any recognised university.
• Computer courses accredited by department of electronics, Govt. of India offered by institution approved by DOEAC. Regular diploma courses in the field of Science / Engineering / Technology / commerce of any recognised board(like Technical education Board / Secondary Education examination Board) or university.
• Degree or diploma in paramedical courses like nursing / pathology / radiology, etc of any recognised board / university.
• Post graduate courses in engineering, Technology, Medicine, Dental Science, Agricultural Science, Veterinary science, industrial Management, Business administration or management science through recognised institution or university
  

Type of loan

• Term loan in the joint names of student and parent
  

Amount of loan

• Rs. 10,000 /- to Rs. 10,00,000 /-
  

Margin

• 10 % of the project
  

Interest

• From 12.24% to 15.3% as revised from time to time
  

Repayment

• Repayment of loan to commence one year after completion of the course or securing the job whichever is earlier (interest is paid by the parent or guardian during this period
  

Security

• Collateral security and third party guarantee if collateral is insufficient.
  

Insurance

• Abstention of policy on the life the student applicant will be waived where the loan is fully secured.
