must have leadership qualities and the ability to organise and motivate
others. They should be able to set goals, accept responsibility and encourage
co-operation. They should be team workers. Good communication skills are

Management
Education For Graduates: MBA
About 450 management institutes have been recognised by the All India
Council for Technical Education and almost 40,000 students enrolled
in various programmes. Majority of programmes are suited for the corporate
sector, industry-specific management programmes are on the anvil, for
oil, transport, power industry, for R&D Management, Media, Hospital
and Services Management are also offered. Technology management courses
are also being introduced.
India
