We all know that the key to success is Hard Work. But there are a few other aspects that play a very important role in your success. Though the role may be small but is very important. In the present corporate labyrinth, you'll need a whole lot more than just hard work. A lot of fresh graduates are having trouble finding jobs and those who have them, it's a hard task to keep them. Why is it so? Where lies the problem? Most of us, infact all of us know the mounting tension at the time of interviews. We feel sick and the tension is mounting. The experience is nerve-racking. In all of this we are forced to show a very tranquil face. We force smiles on our face amongst the tension.

But how many of us succeed? We have all faced rejections even though we know our subjects well and think good of our capabilities.

What could it be? Could be that our body language or our vocabulary or the way we carry yourself was not impressive and confident. May be the dress we wore was not appropriate. Did you wear a pink tie and a stark yellow shirt? The point is just sincerity is not enough. We need to be appropriate in all our actions and ways.

Every one says……. 'First impression.....last impression'. Just paste it on your mirror and practice it daily. Sloppy clothing, weary pace won't work at all so shelve them for a while. Wear an ironed shirt, a suitable tie and matching trousers. Don't be loud with your colour choices. Down-to-earth colours like browns and indigos will do. Don't turn up in weird combinations or your boss will show you the door as soon as you come in. Optimism and confidence are the word to follow. Stick that chest out; tuck your paunch in and studs through the room as if you won the place. But don't overdo it. Confidence must be your aura!

Another very important aspect is body language. You should not be too casual nor too tight. It should be just right, light enough to show comfort and confidence. Smile even if you had the biggest fight of your life just before you went for the interview. The point is tiny details will not go unnoticed, so polish those shoes, share your face clean, brush of the lint and dab a deo here and there. Do a little research on the company you are visiting. Know its history, goals, investments and interests. You knowledge will reflect your interest and commitment towards the company.

Stick to all these points and we'll see why success won't corner you!

Enjoy the Success!!
