Stress
is a part of life. It can be though minimized by managing your time and
your life in a productive manner. Proper management of time will definitely
leave you with some to relax and plan for future.
Be it homework, sports, or other activities, every teen has a lot of stuff to do and can often run into time management problems. Practically every student is stressed out complaining of too much homework, not so good grades, too much work at job etc. Reducing stress is the key to keeping yourself in good health. If we really look into the matter, most of us wait until the last minute to do things and then get stressed out. It's important to schedule our time to include a few recreational activities. Caution: don't go overboard. It is important to avoid spending our entire day working on things that aren't productive. Best is to prepare a good schedule with time allotted for small naps, television, games, outings etc or for activities they enjoy. Another important point is to manage our own time and not follow anybody elses schedules. We know best for ourselves what relieves our stress. Some like to take a nap or rest for a couple of hours, others like to listen to music, while some may like sports. Whatever it is, use it as a tool to help you relieve stress. Doing what we love to do diverts attention from work tensions and routine jobs and rejuvenates the mind. Managing time can also be very helpful in getting stuff done early. A job finished on time reduces stress. Also this leaves extra time for some fun! As they say "The early bird gets the worm". Well, it also applies to us. Many of us wait until the last minute to do a project or homework. Holding something off till end is not good for health nor does it give us ample time to think and do a proper job. Stress is a problem that all people of all ages have. If you think you're stressed out or fatigued, just slow down a bit and take a break. It will work wonders!!
